The weekly town hunt

Every week, each town gets its own card of up to 12 local spots. Visit 10 of them and check in with the GeoMine app to complete the card. Everyone who completes it shares the prize pool, paid in GM Points.

How the hunt works

A new card for your town every Monday.

Open this week’s card
In the GeoMine app, the hunt card shows the spots featured in your town this week, Monday through Sunday.
Visit and check in
Stop by a spot on the card and check in. Stay at least 5 minutes for the visit to count. Each spot counts once a week.
Complete the card
Visit 10 of the 12 spots (on a smaller card, all but 2) and the card is complete.
Share the pool
After the week ends, everyone who completed the card gets an equal share of the pool in GM Points. If nobody completes it, the pool rolls into next week’s card.

Get on your town’s card

$25 per week for a featured spot. Spots are limited to 12 per town, first come, first served.

Half goes to the prize
Half of every listing fee goes into the members’ prize pool, so the more businesses join, the bigger the prize and the more people play.
Real visit data
In your portal you’ll see how many hunt players came in and how long they stayed.
No risk if it doesn’t fill
If fewer than 6 businesses sign up in your town for a week, you get a full refund or your spot moves to the next week. You pick when you book.
